Protected by a powder coated finish, the unit is built to last and will be resistant to impact and scratches with regular use. Height adjustment in the lower positions are spaced 1" (2,5cm) apart, whereas the squat and pull zone are spaced 2" (5cm) from each other allowing the user to customize the position to optimize comfort and promote proper form upon execution.

The stand is very strong and can support up to 227 kg (500 lbs).
