This Shipping Policy governs the shipping and delivery of goods sold on www.sports-inter.com (the “Site”).

By making a purchase on this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand this Shipping Policy and agree to its terms.

This Shipping Policy operates in conjunction with our Site Terms and ConditionsReturn/Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Our shipping terms are FOB by our warehouse (Québec, Quebec).

Delivery Address

To make purchases through www.sports-inter.com, you must have the capacity to contract, have a billing address in Canada and have your purchases shipped in a Canadian province or territory.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Delivery Methods

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through an independent transport company.

Delivery Time

The buyer agrees to the delivery of the goods ordered on the delivery dates indicated on the order confirmation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Groupe Sports-Inter Plus will have a reasonable time to deliver said goods in the event that it is not able, for whatever reason, to comply with agreed-upon delivery dates.

Groupe Sports-Inter Plus does not assume any responsibility for lost or delayed shipments caused by unavoidable circumstances or actions outside of its control.

Delivery Charges

Additional shipping fees will be charged in the following cases:

  • If your items are subject to a carrier weight or length surcharge, additional fees will be charged.

Shipping costs vary according to the weight, volume and postal code of the shipment. The amount of freight charges will appear on the order confirmation and on the invoice.

If the request is made when placing the order, the buyer may come pickup their order directly from our warehouse at no extra cost, with a 48-hour notice. You must wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before showing up.
