RDX‚®'s latest Folding Wall Bracket is ergonomically designed to utilize space efficiently, and can carry some serious weight. The 36" (90 cm) extending arm can easily carry up to 250 lb (113 kg), and when you're done using the heavy bag, you can fold the arm away to regain space.
